We’ll begin where you are & find through your history the possible antecedents, triggers & stressors causing your pain & discomfort. Investigating any number of root causes always with the intention to nourish the soil of your soulful being & physical, & energetic whole self.

Maybe one of my programs is for you, or maybe I can suggest specific lab tests or other practitioners, especially in functional medicine, or maybe all you need are a few tweaks in your mindset, morning routine or shopping lists.

YOUR COACHING: can include day to day contact via text or calls, &/or weekly or every other week 30-120 minute live or online/phone sessions. Each meeting we’ll set a focused intention, work on a specific goal & practice healthy choices in nutrition, stress management & movement. These lifestyle habits, tweaks & hacks will become common place to you, as they guide you back hOMe to nature & your true self.

Together we can:

  • create easy to digest, assimilate & desire, food & supplement plans

  • plan work, travel or sit-down meals

  • go over recipes, make lists

  • food shop together

  • meal prep at my house or yours

  • make fresh green juices, soups or salads together for lunch

  • begin & end with a guided meditation

  • have a Thai or table therapeutic massage session

  • practice specific yoga therapeutics or work on asanas, pranayama

  • schedule sauna time or hot/cold therapy (I have an infrared sauna.)

  • hike a nearby trail or nature preserve

  • visit beach for a combination of talking, walking, swims, wind sprints, beach yoga or sunbathing

  • design & redesign seasonal bio-individual cleanses & food & lifestyle protocols specific to your needs or a family members

  • facilitate an elimination diet to find food sensitivities, with journal review & accountability; optimal health-style regimes, rituals

  • keep on top of your emotional support, education & materials

  • review lab test suggested, communicate with your other healthcare team members

  • fulfill or work towards whatever your unique ever changing intentions are, with diet & lifestyle goals, interests, & biological, genetic and epigenetic influences

I SUGGEST ONE OF MY SIGNATURE PROGRAMS & EBOOKS:

This Detox program includes a slow, but steady clean up of your home & body care products, life-style patterns & relationship issues which are often at the root of creating hormonal, neurological & immune harm. Together we’ll come up with economically efficient & spiritually fulfilling ways to help your whole being thrive, not just survive.

B) Grow a Healthy Gut: 21-90 Day Elimination Diet w/ bio-individualized, auto immune, paleo food plans to help heal, seal & regenerate healthy belly to brain & body functioning. Focus is on weeding, seeding & feeding a healthy micro-biome & finding the food nutrients, botanicals & lifestyle fixes that best fuel your body, mind & spirit. Often the Detox hOMe & Body Cleanse is done first, to root out what is harming your gut-brain axis & mitochondrial energy production & intersystem communication.
