A) hOMnaturale’s detox hOMe & body: 3-7 Day Cleanse:
Supports the optimal functioning of our body’s daily detoxification & elimination organs (liver, gall bladder, kidney, lymph, pancreas, intestines, skin & tear ducts). During this cleanse you’ll consume bitter spring greens & gentle, effective herbs like dandelion & milk thistle, as well as practice cold & hot therapy* to support these detoxification organs and all of our biological systems (circulatory, endocrine & neurological systems, especially.)
Cold Immersion w/ Heat Therapy “Hormetic Stress” During the cleanse you are encouraged to start with 30 seconds of cold water hand washing & face splashing, leading up to 11 min/week of full body cold plunges. Promotes & coaches maintenance of an appropriate stress management, sleep & movement tool box, including tools for a solid good night’s sleep; indoor & outdoor exercise & play; dry brushing, sauna sitting, cold plunges, oil pulling, yoga, meditation, prayer & reflection. During this cleanse we’ll use journaling & story editing to process & transform our stubborn ways, fears of success & failure, & micro to macro traumas. During this cleanse you’ll do a hOMe sweep, reading product labels & replacing stress-inducing packaged foods & body care, house hold & yard products with inexpensive, clean & effective DIY or eco-friendly, healthier products. We’ll also identify the spiritually harmful stories, memories, thoughts, words & relationship wounds festering in the hOMe inside our heart, and focus on freeing up this energy to create space so to LOVE THIS WORLD MORE.
We’ll have a few days lead into & out of the liquid cleanse with easy to digest, non inflammatory nutrient dense soups, salads, green juices, teas, waters & broths during a time restricted eating period (over night & few hours before bed & upon waking). These hours not eating will enhance cellular autophagy (so the tired, weak, damaged cells will naturally be engulfed by our immune macrophages making way for new healthy cells.)
